When calling to schedule, I was greeted professionally and kindly. I was able to get scheduled for a service call the following morning.
Justin came out and was timely and professional. He was very informative on what had gone wrong with my central air system and presented me with the options that were available to me. It was decided that replacing my central air unit from the 90's with a new system was the best option. Justin was able to get me Jordan the same day to discuss the new system and financing options. He also made sure that some window ac units were provided to get us by while we waited for the new system. The service call fee was very reasonable and lower than other local companies.
Jordan arrived on time and was very professional and timely as well. He kept me informed during his assessment of what he was seeing and what he was doing. I am extremely grateful for his attention to detail as he was able to spot an issue with my water heater that was a major safety issue and thankfully they were able to fix. When discussing system options he was very informative and transparent and I did not feel pressured into anything. I was also presented with very reasonable financing options. Before departing, Jordan installed the window units and was able to get us scheduled 3 business days out to get the new system installed.
Brent and Aiden arrived to install the new central air system on time and were professional and courteous. I was kept up to date on the status of the work being done. Once the work was completed I was shown all the work that had been done to ensure it met my expectations. They did an awesome job and I was very pleased with the work! My family and I are very grateful to have central air back and for the safety issue being resolved.
I would highly recommend Camflo to everyone looking to have any heating or cooling work done.

Camflo is always very responsive, especially when it's urgent. My A/C wasn't working in 92degree weather, and they came over in 3 hours. Can't ask for any better than that!
