we had a message on the thermostat to "check filter". it did seem dirty on one side so I called. same day, Justin stopped by and put in a new filter for cost of the filter alone. great service.
Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. All the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Quick and easy communication with texting and also an immediate call back.
