February 6, 2025 - Kirby installed a new digital furnace thermostat and remote sensor for us. It is working great!

March 10, 2025 - Noah stopped by to help us understand all of the functions on the new thermostat. He was very helpful!

From the 1st contact our experience was great. Jordan was awesome in figuring out what we needed. He was thorough and he was patient in sharing our options. No pressure! Logan and Malachi were very professional, efficient and friendly. They even put down floor coverings to keep from getting things dirty. They completely cleaned up the mess. By the time they left you couldn't tell they had been here, except we had a new furnace and air conditioner - and most importantly we had heat!

I love this company! Any time I have a problem or just need a service, they are very prompt in calling me back. Carter was out twice for a warranty repair. He was very professional, friendly and polite. Informed me every step of the way in the diagnosis and repair. Love when he is out, I know it will get fixed correctly!

Call for service and they were here same day .thought we had bad element.but the tech found nothing wrong. So going schedule a cleaning and I'm good .just cost service call .I love that they didn't try to fix something to make extra money. Truly an honest company. We were in a pickle when our 30+ year old furnace went out five days before leaving on vacation. Reuben provided us simple explanations on the different plans and options which made our decision on replacing our heating and air system easy and effortless. Our old house, old system, and time crunch put some pressure on Sheldon and Jarrad. They were prompt, respectful, and worked hard to get our heat on before we had to leave. We went on vacation with the peace of mind that, because of the professionalism and knowledge of Sheldon and Jarrad, our house would stay warm while we were gone. They returned promptly after we got back to finish up on some things that our time crunch didn’t allow for. When we had some questions about our thermostat, Marcus was at our house within an hour of calling the office to troubleshoot and answer all our questions. We received an email from Nipsco regarding them needing some additional information for our rebate. Before we had even read the email, Sydney had the requested documents handled for us. We are so pleased with our decision to go with Camflo for our replacement heating and air system. We really can’t say enough good things about everyone we encountered and will definitely recommend Camflo to anyone with heating or cooling needs!
