Noah was very kind and willing to inform us on several items regarding our unit.
Called and spoke with Jacoby on a Friday night after usual business hours. He was able to help us temporally remedy a leaking furnace humidifier until someone could come to our house the following Monday to diagnose the problem. This saved us a $149.00 after hours service fee.
