- How long does a regular maintenance appointment take?
- In most cases, we’ll have the visit done in one to two hours. After that, you’ll have a long season of hassle-free heating or cooling.
- Will maintenance completely eliminate HVAC problems?
- No amount of maintenance or care can stop all HVAC issues, and time and use will eventually take a toll on your heating and cooling system. However, more than half of the repair issues that an HVAC system may encounter are preventable with maintenance—and that’s a significant difference!
