Tuesday March 202018. The past two days this company put in a new LP Gas furnace for us. The young men arrived at the time given to us. After the hello's were over they got right to work. Two were in the basement and one started on things that needed to be done outside. They keep right with it. From all the noise in basement they were working strong. Their clean up was beautiful. They explained everything in a way we could understand. I enjoyed having them in our home. We knew them so that helped but I would not off been afraid of them had I not known them. There is always a little anxiety when using a contractor for the first time... Especially when your most recent experience with another company did not go well. On friends recommendations I contacted Camflo on a Monday to diagnose an issue with my Geothermal system and to our surprise they were able to come the very next morning. Weldon arrived and I immediately felt confident that he was going to work out well with my expectations. He was very thorough in diagnosing our issue and suggested different options. Camflo offered to come out same day to examine our heating problem - Quickest service I've ever received. The problem was simple too however they inspected the unit to discover other issues that could be a problem such as corrosion on the board. If I could give Camflow a 6 I would!! They are always on time always there when we need them (which is usually only for maintenance) the price is quite reasonable the service is fantastic and the service techs are courteous knowledgeable - and they always wear their little booties when they come into the house.
