I called Camflo yesterday to request a service call after our geothermal cooling system basically stopped working on what was probably the hottest day of the year thus far. Camflo had one of their technicians Trevor at our house the next morning today. We'd had a similarly problem at the end of the summer last year and had techs from two other companies look at the system. Neither was able to figure out why it wasn't working properly. Trevor -- who looked to be maybe in his mid-20s if that -- succeeded where others had failed He diagnosed and solved the problem in about 90 minutes at did so at a cost to us that seemed completely reasonable. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Kudos to both Camflo and Trevor. I'd add that Camflo was recommended to us by Gordon Koontz of the Charles Wolf Corp.
