Camflo came right away, about an hour after I called when our AC stopped working on a 90+ degree day. Carter was professional and really nice to our big exuberant dog too! Diagnosed the problem quickly and provided pictures I could text to my husband. Fixed the issue without pressure to buy a new unit! Thanks Carter!
