It was a joy to have such a good initial experience with Camflo. Technician appeared on time covered his shoes before entering our home was polite and patiently listened to us and then went about his business. Billing was fully explained and handled electronically so we have an automatic copy. A list of things to check at the beginning of the next season was generated for referral. Very professional.
Trevor came out to assess our central air unit. The company was professional and prompt. We got reminder texts of our scheduled appointment as well as an “on the way” text with a picture and information regarding the tech arriving Trevor was professional and honest and could have easily tried to sell us a new unit but he gave us honest advice to help us in our situation. We are very pleased and will use Camflo in the future!

I called them last month when my AC wasn't working. They came the same day. They fixed what needed to be done very efficiently. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had them return to give me an estimate on a new furnace and AC. Trevor explained things and the different types of units they had available. I am now having them install a new furnace and AC. Scott was here all day today and will be back tomorrow. What a nice young man! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a need for their service.
