The guys are very thorough and excellent to work with. They make sure everything is done correctly and the way you want it.
Our old geothermal unit was unable to keep the house warm without using auxiliary heat when temperatures outside were in the high teens. That seemed less effective than it once had been. Camflo came and diagnosed the problem as a regulator that had become clogged in the water line. They removed the old un-needed regulator and the system worked great. A small leak developed near another valve and when they returned to repair it they noticed that an electronic valve was sometimes not working properly. They called me and explained the problem and the costs to repair that valve. We approved the replacement. When one part they installed failed later they returned and replaced it free of charge. They have been very straightforward about explaining problems and cost of repairs which are expected in a system that is about 25 years old now.

As usual Camflo checked our system for summer heat. They are extremely courteous and on time. If they are running behind due to finishing a tough service call they contact by phone and keep us up to projected arrival time at our house. And they are at our house ahead of the new projected arrival time. I rate them with five big stars. jack
