Scheduling was easily handled. Technician called 10 minutes prior to arrival. COVID precautions were followed. Most work was completed in the basement or at the outside unit. Technician did need to come to the upstairs living area to access the thermostat but did wear a mask at that time. Technician was polite and pleasant during the visit.
Weldon was very knowledgeable when it came to fixing my furnace. He answered every question we had and explained everything. He was very personable. He came in and was very friendly. He made sure everything worked before he left. We recommend him to everyone needing help with their furnace. Thank you
Guys seemed knowledgable and efficient. They were there all day. They managed to work around my airplane without damaging it - much appreciated! Looked like good work to me - pipes wires well positioned. FYI - I think they left a ladder might want to come back and get it.
