I appreciate the text system and a courtesy call. I do not need to be off of work waiting for a service technician for a 4-6 hour “window” as with most other home service-oriented businesses. The service technicians are always personable and keep me updated with the progress of their work. They also ask for permission before proceeding with any diagnostics, parts or repairs ( no surprises). They always clean up any messes related to the work performed. They are also mindful of not tracking in any dirt/debris when entering my home each time. They are local and trustworthy.

We waited for almost a month before we left feedback and Camflo installation of our new high efficiency furnace could not have been better. We feel for the quality of furnace we got that we were glad we chose a Carrier furnace. The price and installation was fair. Thanks Camflo for helping us out. Thanks , Gene and Linda Rogers

Very good service at reasonable price
Installation was a two day job. On the first day there were two techs for part of the day. However one had to leave early, leaving only the one tech. He was not able to come back the next day but made it back the day after. The tech began work about 0830. The installation was in the attic with very little space in which to work. As a result of this difficult working condition and the fact that he was by himself the installation was not completed until about 1930 hours. The fact that he was by himself the tech had to climbdown from the attic, go to the van for one reason or another and then climb back into the attic. It would have been nice if there had been two men. but, in all fairness since there was such limited space in the attic, the one man outside the attic would have had little to do. All in all, we were pleased with the service and would have no reluctance in recommending Camflo to others.
Always there when you need service, even on weekends. Friendly and quick service.
We did not have any heat upon our return to our home. We called and Justin came out that same afternoon. Very professional and answered all of our questions.
The technicians were unable to finish the job on Wednesday. They will return on Friday to complete it. They laid plastic covering on the work areas as well as that of entry and egress. I am pleased with the service thus far.
Justin installed a new thermostat and was extremely friendly and professional.
