Camflo was great to work with from start to finish. Our ac went out and we decided to replace both our AC and Furnace. Reuben (our sales rep) walked us threw the difference between systems and helped us pick the system that worked best for us. The scheduler Sydney was polite. The installers they sent were top notch. Brent and Carter were knowledge, efficient and accurate. I can not say enough good things about them. They sweep and left the space cleaner than it was. I will be using Camflo for a long time. You can put a price on quality, and that's what you get with Camflo.
We called Camflo after our AC stopped cooling the house on Saturday. I reviewed our unit and replaced the capacitor and found the unit operating properly. Success was my first thought. After an hour the house was not cooling down. I pushed the pin on the schrader valve and to my surprise - nothing but air.
Called Camflo on Wednesday morning explained the issue with Paris - very friendly and helpful. I had to get to work but she stated she would call my wife if anyone was available.
Justin called my wife and stated he would stop by in the afternoon.
Justin was able to determine why our system lost refrigerant and explained it to my wife. Justin provided several options and my wife was able to let him know to fix it correctly.
Needless to say our house is cooling properly and we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan.
