Marcus was very polite and knowledgeable he answered all my questions and showed me how to change the furnace filter.
We just purchased our home and have never used an electric heat pumping system. We woke up and it was 59 degrees and was only running furnace. They came out and were great and educated us on this heating system and getting house warmer!! Noah was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us a lot.
