The technician was very professional installed the steam humidifier on our furnace without difficulty and then confirmed that we knew how to adjust the desired humidity on our thermostat. The system is already increasing humidity in our large 1870s farmhouse.
We were in the middle of a snow storm at 11:00 pm our furnace stopped working and putting out heat. Scott came from CamFlo after being snug and warm in his own home to help and get our heat back on. He was very kind and nice and found the problem and was able to fix by replacing a pressure switch. We were very thankful for his help and able to reach us in a snowstorm.
