“We were in a pickle when our 30+ year old furnace went out five days before leaving on vacation. Reuben provided us simple explanations on the different plans and options which made our decision on replacing our heating and air system easy and effortless. Our old house, old system, and time crunch put some pressure on Sheldon and Jarrad. They were prompt, respectful, and worked hard to get our heat on before we had to leave. We went on vacation with the peace of mind that, because of the professionalism and knowledge of Sheldon and Jarrad, our house would stay warm while we were gone. “We contracted with Camflo for routine maintenance on the HVAC systems of our church office and church parsonage. They promptly came to both places to perform maintenance that had not been done for a while. They found some minor problems and repaired these, and two more significant problems. While offering to repair them, they also are preparing a quote for a new system at the office. They communicated well and will leave the decision to us. “February is a bad time to have a furnace go out. Original service call with Kirby was quick and thorough. The heat exchangers on my older Goodman furnace were bad and would need replaced. Kirby did check and found that the heat exchanger was still under warrant. Even so, I opted to get a quote for a whole new furnace because of the age of the rest of it.
Jordan came the same day and worked up the quote for the new furnace and that's the option we chose. The new furnace was in stock and the replacement was scheduled for Friday.
On Friday, Malachi and his crew came early and got right to work. By later that day we had heat again. They did a nice clean install and they were very courteous and professional.
Over the following weekend we found that the new furnace was making a lot more noise and the airflow was much higher, causing the ductwork to bang on startup and shut down. We called and Jordan came buy and lowered the airflow and that helped with the noise and some of the banging, but some of the banging was still there so Malachi and crew came back and added some stiffeners to the ducts and that fixed that.
Over all, I'm very pleased with the work and responsiveness. I would highly recommend Camflo Heating & Cooling to my friends in the area.”
