Tech Kirby came out same day to diagnose my issue, which I really appreciated. Communication was great from start to finish. They gave me multiple options and estimates and were very informed about everything going on. They explained things clearly and answered all my questions without rushing me.
Unfortunately, my issue ended up being a pretty big repair that will take a full day, so I'll have to wait about a week to get it fixed. Even so, overall it was a great experience. I feel confident in what needs to be done and I'll definitely be using them again.
Carter came to our house a did our annual service on our geothermal system and did an excellent job . Very polite and courteous.
