Call for service and they were here same day .thought we had bad element.but the tech found nothing wrong. So going schedule a cleaning and I'm good .just cost service call .I love that they didn't try to fix something to make extra money. Truly an honest company. Noah was very kind and willing to inform us on several items regarding our unit.
Problem with furnace late Friday night resulted in a Saturday morning call to Cam Flo for a service call. Jacoby was at our home within 30 minutes.He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, fixed it, and then made sure that all of our questions were answered before leaving.
Jacoby was friendly, very polite, and most helpful with suggestions for additional maintenance that might be needed in the future. We will definitely continue to rely on Cam Flo to meet out HVAC needs. Thank you so much!!
