Technician Jennings/Camflo came to do the cleaning on our heating and cooling and to make sure everything was working properly. I feel like he done a great job , he explained the process perfectly. I would highly recommend using Camflo. One of the many things that I like ,is that Camflo sends you a message saying your technician will be here between these times , with a picture of the technician, and then the technician called you and says hey I'll be there in 10 minutes and he was here. This company has grown but their values are the same! All around great service, great prices and a great company! Thank you Camflo and Jennings :)

Jennings with Camflo completed our first maintenance visit about a month after we enrolled in their plan. The appointment was scheduled in advance, and they arrived right on time. We were also given the technician's name and photo beforehand, which was reassuring.

Jennings represented the company very well. He was thorough in inspecting both of our systems, polite, and respectful of our home. It was clear he took the time to do things properly.

I especially appreciate that Camflo proactively scheduled this visit. Our previous HVAC provider only came when we called, yet had no issue charging the monthly maintenance fee. This experience felt much more organized and professional.

Based on this visit, I upgraded to the Gold package, which includes filter replacements and service for our on-demand water heater. I'm very pleased with both Jennings and Camflo and would confidently recommend them.
