I have a good friend that owns a Heating & Cooling company in Lafayette, but he doesn’t do GEO Thermal so he recommended Camflo some time ago. Marcus has been out a couple different times for different things and he’s great. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. In fact everyone at Camflo fits this category. Always a great experience, from answering the first call to follow up afterwards when needed. We’ve had great experiences with Molly, Titus, Trevor, and Marcus. My only regret is that we did not find them before we had our system installed. I think if they installed it, we could have avoided a lot of headaches. I would highly recommend Camflo to anyone who needs GEO service.

We had a ductless system installed within 2weeks of our first inquiry. The employees where professional, knowledgeable, courteous to us, respectful of our animals and daily routines. While here working their attention was to putting in the units, discussed all decisions with us. No complaints about our very small crawl space. Answered all questions. Made sure we understood how to run the units. Thanks Scott, Brock and Reuben. We are very pleased and recommend Camflo!!!
Very professional knowledgeable staff. Courteous to our daily routines, and our animals. Answered all questions, did not rush anything, worked all day, gave our home all their attention, discussed all decisions with us for instillation. Did not complain about our very small crawl space.
Jonathan and Zander (I think) came out to install our a/c unit and heat pump. They were on time and got started immediately. Very nice guys and great to work with. I figured it would be all day and maybe even part of another day, but they were done in good time. A great job done by great guys. Thanks.
We have been very pleased with the services provided by Camflo. From the times Reuben and Phil came to review the job specifics, through the installation by Scott and Brock, the service has been thorough, professional and prompt. That being said, the thing I was most impressed with was the attitudes of positivity, kindness and respect they showed my family and myself. I never felt like I left my home with strangers when they were there alone. That kind of trust is rare these days and we really appreciate it. The technicians were very cordial and knowledgeable. Worked very diligently to install the new heat/air unit. I am very pleased with the service given! I would definitely recommend Camflo!
I am not sure these ducts were ever cleaned, but by the end of the job, I could tell the difference in air quality. Brian was a perfect and kind gentleman. Scheduling was very professional, arriving when they said they would. Thank you for a job well done!
