Reuben, was very prompt for our appointment he measured our old furnace and showed us a video of the heatpump system went over several brochures and left them with us.He eased our minds about payment as Carrier has financing available.And days after installation was complete Reuben came to check on the installation work and checked with us on any questions we had.
On installation day of our Ac heatpump and furnace, Logan also was very prompt as he called prior to the installation, Logan and his associate put on booties each time they went in and out of our house along with covering the walkway from back door to the furnace, Logan was very knowledgeable about the system they installed and went over the high-tech thermostat with each of us,Logan swept the floor prior to them leaving, we are extremely pleased that we called Camflo and the product they installed and will certainly recommend them to others.
Marcus was great. Got our old fuel oil furnace up and running after years of non-use. Highly recommend!
Brent & Jennings worked well together, with Brent sharing his gained experience with Jennings installing a new hot-water furnace and zone control valves in our 70+ year-old house on Lake Freeman. Brent was very friendly as he answered all of our questions concerning the complex multiple thermostat zone control system. Scott and Marcus also worked on the furnace installation during the first days; Brent & Jennings finished the install today with the new zone control system. Our old furnace had to be replaced because the old gas control valve was defective and replacements are no longer available. One of your techs discovered the problem during a routine seasonal checkup/tuneup & cleaning. Please look up his name because he potentially saved our house - and maybe our lives! If the old pilot had gone out, the old valve would not have shut off, which could have led to a catastrophic explosion. (The installation was both boiler AND zone control system.
