We had a boiler fail in the middle of winter pretty much the worst case scenario. Justin was the technician who responded to our call, and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain the issue in terms we could understand, clearly laid out our options, and provided outstanding customer care. It was a stressful situation, but Justin made it much easier to handle. Highly recommend!
It was a good experience. It did not heat up like I thought it would but when I called they send someone out and is working fine now.
Excellent service, quick to help when furnace quit, excellent communication about when tech would arrive, excellent scheduling when parts arrived. Definitely recommend Justin as a tech to work. Explained problem, what he was troubleshooting and what he did to fix. Great overall experience.
