Service was fine. Technition was pleasant and informative. Was somewhat surprised being told I was expected to pay him today as I was usually instructed that I would be mailed a bill. I did insist on a copy of the invoice which he then had to email to me I printed on my own printer to satisfy my request. I guess I feel like if I am on your yearly maintenance program you should trust me to pay a bill mailed to me.
Technician showed up promptly and was pleasant. He stated the thermostat was operating correctly and operating normally. The problem of the blower running for a few hours after the tstat was at setpoint was still there the heat pump would not operate with the temperatures in 50's and the system when switch to cooling would not turn on the air conditioner. The Honeywell wifi thermostat was installed by Camflo last November just prior to us leaving for Florida for the winter. The system worked on backup heating the entire time we were in Florida. I noticed the issues with the heat pump never operating and the blower running an extremely long time after the setpoint was reached when we returned the second week of March. After the March Camflo tech service call with the sytem still performing the same I contacted Honeywell regarding the wiring terminations and they were able to translate the connections from my prior thermostat (Robert Shaw) to the Honeywell. After making the needed corrections to the terminations the system is operating normally in the heat pump backup heating and cooling modes. That's the reason for a single star rating.
The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I recommend the REME Halo to everyone, especially if someone in your home has allergies.
We had a furnace fire in our old furnace. The fire dept came and the only damage was to our old furnace. Within 48 hours, Camflo had a brand new one at our door and quickly installed. The work they did was absolutely wonderful. Everyone I have spoken with from Camflo is extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.... Great people!

Our experience with Camflo was 5 Star from start to finish. Communication was prompt and knowledgeable from the sales aspect throughout the installation. The technicians notified us they were on the way and arrived on time. Everyone worked together as a team and the project was completed on schedule. We highly recommend Camflo for your HVAC needs.
The only issue was when they came in and out many times and one time mud was left on the stairs. They did cover their shoes when they 1st got here and my wife was thinking everything was going to be ok. Service was very good.
