The repair techs have always been very respectful and courteous. They explain everything in detail where you can understand it. They are not outrageously priced. They went above and beyond giving me an upgrade on a quality A/C unit when the one I selected wasn't avaiable when expected, for the same price. All thumbs up on this one guys!
