After a water heater failure that flooded our basement, the tech showed up within 1/2 an hour with 3 space heaters to get us through the night while we pumped out the water. A 2nd tech was at our house by 10am the next morning to service and check our furnace. Our furnace was up and running by 11am.
Jacoby was our technician. Very polite, he was also very thorough and easy to understand in his explanation of needed repair!
