CamFlo is great! The technicians are kind, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I could probably keep going, but I'm sure it's clear by now that this is a great group of folks and I highly recommend them. Often times you'll have the same technician from year to year and they'll remember the check up from the year before. If not, they keep detailed records and can pull up any past notes on your heating and cooling system. Another thing that they do that I really like is they send you a text when your technician is on his way. They provide a quick background and photo of your technician and give you a link to track to see when the technician should be arriving at your house. All around this is a great company and I highly recommend them!
We ask Camflo Heating & cooling to do an annual HVAC maintenance on our home AC system. They are excellent to work with from scheduling the checkup to preforming the work. Very professional and efficient.
Would not consider calling anyone else. If integrity means anything to you then this is a business you need to use.
I like the fact they send photo of the technician who'll be arriving at my house. They also have a tracker so you know when the serviceman arrives, therefore I can corral my pets before his arrival. Weldon was my technician today, he was very polite & knowledgeable and explained things where I could understand. I found them to be honest, as this was the second company I've delt with in a week, prices seem reasonable. Ms. Walker, Monticello Indiana

They were very professional! Trenton and Jacoby came out and diagnosed my furnace and had it fixed within a few hours! They were very well mannered and professional about there job.
