Noah was very thorough and professional with our furnace maintenance. He answered all of my questions and exceeded my expectations. I feel very confident in his abilities and highly recommend his services. Camflo is a very good company to deal with. We have had them maintain our heating and cooling system now for 11 years.
Top notch experience in every aspect of project estimate, installation and customer service. Jordan was easy to work with and helped build a plan around my project needs. Scott and Dale were professional and very respectful of the workspace. Communication with Brianna and Sydney was excellent as well. Small hiccup with online payment but that was quickly resolved. My lights flickered and my thermostat went dark. My other lights were OK. I immediately called Camflo and they said a technician would be out today to check my air conditioner. Carter came and found the breaker tripped; then he checked the entire system and found no other problem. He could find no problems, and the unit is working perfectly now.

We received wonderful and speedy service from Camflo. We called on Monday after a Nipsco visit to replace the meter and they came that same day to give an estimate, the next day to fix the problem only to discover a bigger problem. The following day we received an estimate of what that was going to cost and today it was all fixed. Thank you Malachi and Scott for fixing the problem and being polite and professional.
