Jeff was great! Exceptional service as usual!
We switch to Camflo at work to service our heating and cooling systems, when the guys come in the do the service we don't even know they are here. When we have questions they are always polite with the responses and if they don't have the answer they will find out!! We recently had a new thermostat installed and Brian programmed it for us, then had to come back and reprogram it again and did so without any complaints. The guys are always very knowledgeable and helpful!! Very happy with the services provided, highly recommend!!
We had a new water softener system installed. Jeff, the service Technicianwas a very pleasant man very professional. This is our third or fourth time using Camflo and every time they are always professional will do business with them again.
February 6, 2025 - Kirby installed a new digital furnace thermostat and remote sensor for us. It is working great!
March 10, 2025 - Noah stopped by to help us understand all of the functions on the new thermostat. He was very helpful!

From the 1st contact our experience was great. Jordan was awesome in figuring out what we needed. He was thorough and he was patient in sharing our options. No pressure! Logan and Malachi were very professional, efficient and friendly. They even put down floor coverings to keep from getting things dirty. They completely cleaned up the mess. By the time they left you couldn't tell they had been here, except we had a new furnace and air conditioner - and most importantly we had heat!
I love this company! Any time I have a problem or just need a service, they are very prompt in calling me back. Carter was out twice for a warranty repair. He was very professional, friendly and polite. Informed me every step of the way in the diagnosis and repair. Love when he is out, I know it will get fixed correctly!

Call for service and they were here same day .thought we had bad element.but the tech found nothing wrong. So going schedule a cleaning and I'm good .just cost service call .I love that they didn't try to fix something to make extra money. Truly an honest company.
