Jennings, the very friendly and professional technician, came today and serviced our air conditioner. He took a picture of how dirty the coils were and cleaned them very thoroughly! We have never had another HVAC technician do that! We cannot say enough about the wonderful job he did and so very glad we found this great company! Thank you so much! We are beyond pleased!
The employees that were sent out by Camflo were excellent. They provided several options for repair and feedback about what would likely happen for each scenario, but didn't try to pressure me into one choice. They were willing to show the data that they collected and didn't talk down to me or assume that I didn't understand HVAC systems. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and I very much appreciate the payment plans that Camflo offers. I would have no hesitation in recommending Camflo to friends and family who need HVAC assistance.
