From the very start, within 15 minutes of posting a request for information online, I was contacted by a representative who walked me through the service option and potential availability. It was mostly because of that service that I decided to book a tech visit with them. I was slotted for a same day call, even though I was perfectly content with a visit in the next few days, another reason I went with Camflo. Noah provided ample notification to his arrival and upon his visit was able to diagnose and correct our issue. Noah even stayed and helped set up new thermostat and made sure the air flow was working properly. 10/10 would go with Camflo again!”
